Today I was reading runestone by Anna Ciddor .

This book is very creative, different and exiting all at all times of the book.

The boy in the book(named Oddo)remind's me of my coisin James.

They are both irritating, funny, and pushy.

I havn't read much of the book but from the clues I have found out I have an idea of what is going to happen next.

But I won't skip ahead and tell you , I will wait until I am positive about it!!

I can not wait to finish this book and read the other series.

I think EVERYONE will like it if you are a girl or a boy.

TREASURE FEVER-ANDY GRIFFITHS

Today I was reading treasure fever by Andy Griffiths.

I like this book because it is funny,adventurest and creative.

I've only read up to page 55 but I think it might have something to do pirates and treasure because of the front cover and title.

I have read pencil of doom and can't wait to read mascot maddness.

Andy Griffiths is 1 of my FAVIROTE authors and I recomend ALL of his books for anyone who likes gross, funny,annoying,and just anything books!

THE PENCIL OF DOOM!

I like this book because it is scary and funny at the same time.
As I was reading this the book i was thinking of how good Andy Griffiths is as writing stores and wondering how I would react to THE PENCIL OF DOOM if I was in that tricky situation.
What the story's is based on is a pencil that has a scull rubber on the end. Jack draws a picture of the 2 bullies in the school that is very violent with the evil pencil.Then strangely it actually happens!! Everyone except for Jack believes that this pencil is magical. So, they tested it out by drawing a picture each of something they would like.Jenny who wanted a kitten drew one. Gretel drew her self beating her dad in arm wrestling because she can beat everyone(including her gym teacher)in arm wrestling except for her dad.Henry drew him-self winning northwest chronicle's shot story competition because he wanted to win! Jack drew him in a pile of a million dollars!!
And you know why,don't you?Anyway,I have only read up to where Jack got his surprise.He w3as at school and there was a robbery!The police man where chasing the robber and the robber threw a bag onto Jack and money blasted out everywhere!Then the police saw Jack with money all over him and and thought that he did the crime!At least Mr.Brain fright was there to stick up for Jack.I tell you that pencil is evil!!!!!!!!

Fortune Cookie

today I was reading fortune Cookie by Jean Ure.

Very funny, fantastic, adventurest and creative read.
I like this book because it is about a dog and I like dogs heaps.
The basics facts of this book is it is about 2 girls, 1 little boy and cookie the dog.
An old woman had a dog and she treated the dog like a piece of dirt.
The 2 girls felt sorry for the dog and visited the dog everyday.
They named him cookie and 1 day they took 1 of the girls younger brother(he is disabled)and he just loved cookie.
1 day the old women caught the kids patting the dog threw the fence and she went balistic!
But strangly she gave the kids cookie!!!!
It was basically Joeys(little boy)and he loved him.
Then they found out that the dog is hurt and it will cost 500 dollars!!
Now the 2 girls are doing anything they can to get enough money.
If they don't they will have to put cookie down.

FORTUNE COOKIE!

Today I was reading reading''fortune cookie'' by jean ure.

I like this book because the front cover is very creative and gives away some of the book.

I also like this book because it has great discribing words to help you understand who's saying it and why they are saying this.

I think jean ure is a great author.

Cookie(the main carectors best friend's nickname) reminds me of my 2 best friend's Maddie and Maddie because they are all extremly slim.

pretty cool hey!!!!!
i got this book for my birthday which was on the easter holidays and i am still reading it and loving it!!!
it has 730 page in the book and i am about half way threw it.

For the last couple of weeks mum and I have been reading a book called''chicken soup for the girls soul''. I know what you are thinking''are they recipes for girls or is it just a fancy title?'' Well, it is just a fancy title. It is a very good book because it helps all the girls that read this book to understand life as they get older. This book is interesting because it has real storys that girls have written and published and put in a book. There are chapters that say what these girls have written about(for example ''friends and bffs''is one chapter). There are some sad storys and some good storys and some can even make you cry!!But it all teaches you a lesson. You will find that about a quarter of them is about there mums being right about friends and stuff. This book is for tweens(grade 5-9)and all of it is written by tweens. I recomend this book for girls that want a bright future.

Today Iwas reading ''kids night in''by...well, everyone!!!!!!!!(For example Jacqueline Wilson,Andy Griffiths,Debra Abela and many more!!!!)I like this book because it gives you many stories.
Igot this book from my mum on my tenth birthday.This book is interesting because it has little poems that only take up about one page and others that are about 10-20 pages long!!!!!!!
This book is a very good book because you can never get bored of a story because it is never too long and then you can look forward to a brand new one.There is over 50 stories in this book and over 50 authors too!!!I think this book is good for boys and girls around my age.

Day 2.

As you know I went to search for Mac but I found him dead. The monkey (Mona)was still alive.

To my luck there was enough air on Mars for the monkey so I could use his oxygen tanks.

Day 3.

Today I ran out of oxygen and collapsed on the floor next to a big bunch of yellow rocks.

I found out that those yellow rocks give you oxygen so I filled up my tanks with that oxygen.

I can now breathe on Mars up to 20mins without using my space helmet.

Day 14

Today Mona was a real help. She found water in a little cave nearby where I live.

and in that water there were these plants theat looked edible.
