Touch!
Touch is a energetic ,fun ,hard and awesome sport.
It is a tough sport and girls and boys enjoy it.

RULES
You are only allowed six players on each team.
The game has to be played on a rectangular field or the game won’t work out very well.
The idea of the game is to run, pass the ball and try to score by putting the ball down over the try line. You can stop the ball by tagging the other player on the other team and then what that team does is it puts the ball down between their legs and then the dummy half comes up behind you and picks the ball up and then he or she takes it from there.

TACTICS
The object of the game is to score tries and try not to drop the ball but if you want to score you need:

.defence
.speed
.good hands
.skills
And of course you need energy.

A FEW PIECES OF INFORMATION
You have to stay five metres away from the other team while the other team puts the ball under their legs and then just go for it.The basic thing is to do your best , have fun , and get dirty.

I think personly that Stephanie Rice is a good role model for kids at all ages who have a dream of being a swimmer in the Olympics.
Her being so young it is really hard, but she is lucky she is so mature.
